How to read this. Every number comes from parsed
Pokémon Showdown ladder replays for Pokémon Champions VGC,
Regulations M-A and M-B. Usage is measured at team preview; bring and lead
rates are conditional on the step before them. Item, move and ability
percentages use revealed games as their denominator, which is
roughly 44 to 58% of games, because those details only enter the log
when they trigger.
Rankings for leads, cores and teams use the cautious end of the 95%
range rather than the raw win rate, with a hard minimum game count, so a
small undefeated sample never outranks a large proven one. Rating tiers
are percentiles of each regulation's own ladder, not fixed Elo numbers,
because the two ladders sit at very different rating levels.
